Education:

College Degree Preferred.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists Purchasing Manager in all activities pertaining to procurement and purchasing.
  • Assists Purchasing Manager in analyzing market, traffic and vendor conditions for quality, availability and price of material.
  • Follows all procedures in accordance with company policy and internal control.
  • Responsible for all activities pertaining to procurement and purchasing of Food & Beverage and other commodities. 
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) to Three (3) years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Stratton-Warren preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
