JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for installation and repair of all plumbing fixtures.
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of all HVAC unit systems.
Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Five (5) years experience in plumbing.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to read blueprints and do job layouts.
Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
