HVAC Journeyman (FT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all maintenance and repairs of HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Knowledge of State and County HVAC Codes necessary for License and Inspection.
• Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
• Troubleshoots and recommends appropriate interventions for all HVAC units.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
• Five (5) years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration operations.
• Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management is mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.                                   
• Must be able to handle all types of team member/guest-related situations; relay all team member/guest compliments and complaints to department management.             
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Work areas could have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting, and variation of climate control.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
