       Education:

College Degree preferred and/or 10 plus years of Slot Industry Experience required.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Responsibility for the efficiency and profitability of VLT Operations; establishes and enforces superior customer service.
  • Responds to analysis, audits of pertinent statistical data to enhance service and/or profitability.
  • Monitors and stabilizes diverse events and situations.
  • Responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation and training of VLT team members.
  • Issues and documents appropriate discipline, coaching, and training as needed.
  • Monitors and communicates all special services that improve performance and appearance of equipment.
  • Adheres to and enforces compliance/conformity with all State Lottery Regulations.
  • Reviews and assists the VP of Slots with all VLT Operational needs.
  • Assists with analyzing all statistical and accounting related VLT data.
  • Responsible for knowledge of, and adherence to Company and Departmental Policies.
  • Does comparisons of manufacture performance and recommends appropriate adjustment to improve operations profitability and efficiencies.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication ability to various levels of the organization.
  • Professionally exhibits persistence, patience and strategic approach to achieve department/company goals.
  • Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote outstanding team member and guest relations.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.   

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ten (10) or more years of Slot Industry, customer service, and technical service support experience required.
  • Extensive VLT and Gaming Management experience preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery.
  • General leadership knowledge of collective bargaining practices.
  • Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proven team building leadership skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management is mandatory.
  • Must be able to handle all types of guest related situations; relay all guest compliments and complaints to department management.
