 Job Description 


  • Oversee all aspects of culinary operations.
  • Training and implementation of set standards of culinary method.
  • Insure consistency of product quality and presentation.
  • Implement new menu concepts and corresponding recipes as required.
  • Maintain established standards of service and portion control.
  • Maintain standards of sanitation in all areas of operations.
  • Operate within budgetary controls for food and labor cost.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



  • Minimum of Five (5) years experience in each of the following: Supervision of high volume and multi-unit culinary operation.
  • Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, menu development and implementation.
  • Staff training in food preparation, presentation and sanitation techniques.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, managerial skills, analytical ability, practical judgment, and PC proficiency.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
